Try it free first

Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing. That's the main protection: you'll know whether Tangent is for you before a single charge.

If you still want a refund

• Subscriptions: if you're unhappy within 30 days of a charge, email support@addtangent.com and we'll refund it. No forms, no interrogation.
• Lifetime (forever) purchases: refundable within 30 days of purchase.
• If ChatGPT breaks Tangent and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a refund of the affected period. That's only fair.

EU withdrawal right

If you're in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. The free trial means you typically haven't paid anything inside that window anyway, but the right stands independent of this policy.

How refunds happen

Refunds are processed by Creem (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. A refund revokes the subscription's access (the extension returns to the locked state).
